About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Manager, your day will be varied and rewarding. You might start with a welcome visit to new tenants, attend Residents’ Association meetings to listen to concerns, inspect estates alongside colleagues from Repairs or Estates Services, and support vulnerable residents who need your help. You will be the ‘face of Peabody’ in your designated neighbourhood, playing a crucial role in supporting residents’ practical needs and wellbeing while ensuring community safety.

Your role covers all aspects of tenancy and housing management, including estate, scheme and property inspections, identifying issues, capturing resident feedback, and continuously improving services to enhance resident satisfaction. You will work collaboratively across teams and build meaningful relationships to find creative solutions to challenges. Requirements

Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector.
- Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management and enforcement, with experience of safeguarding.

- Highly organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritising work effectively.

Qualifications
- Prepared to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Housing Management if not already held.
- A Basic DBS check is required.
