About the Role
The Neighbourhood Services Manager will play a significant role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations within a defined area. You will have line management responsibility for Neighbourhood Housing Officers who deliver housing management services across our estates. Acting as a role model for our behaviours, you will embed a culture of respect and relational practice, placing residents at the centre of everything we do.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and requires an Enhanced DBS check.

Experience
Proven experience managing housing, neighbourhood or customer-facing services. Comfortable making informed decisions, managing risk and taking ownership of performance. Experience building strong relationships with residents, partners and stakeholders, and working collaboratively across services to resolve issues and improve performance.
