Salary
£36,599 to £38,525 per annum
About the Role
The Sales Consultant is a front-line representative of So Resi and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) responsible for delivering the sales budget across multiple locations within a broad geographic area. You will contribute to sales delivery and performance across the region, ensuring an excellent customer experience and adherence to health and safety requirements. Your responsibilities include managing the customer journey from Site Launch, lead management, application processing through to completion. You will engage efficiently with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive in-house training to develop your skills further.

Experience
- Proven experience in sales and customer service environments
- At least 3 years’ experience in shared ownership sales with expert knowledge of intermediate and private sales products
- Experience in sales office and show home management
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care
About You
- Strong IT and numeric literacy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support marketing teams in implementing sales strategies
- Capable of contributing effectively within internal cross-functional teams to support sales delivery and future management of new developments
- Responsible and proactive in monitoring void properties to ensure ongoing security
Qualifications
- Understanding of the legal processes involved in shared ownership and outright property sales is essential
