We are recruiting an experienced multi-skilled Plumber with a background in social housing or local authority environments. You will undertake plumbing and other trade repairs and maintenance work, delivering high quality, 'right first time', cost-effective building services to the business and its customers.

Extended skills required may include ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor laying, and decorating. You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognised industrial standards, minimizing damage to the fabric of the property.

This role requires working on a rota basis Monday to Friday. You will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours.

Requirements

Experience
Significant relevant trade experience within plumbing and associated trades, preferably in social housing or local authority environments. Ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in plumbing or related trade is essential.

About You
- Ability to work to high standards, delivering right first time and cost-effective services
- Extended skills in ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor laying, and decorating are desirable
- Must hold a valid manual UK driving licence with a minimum of one year significant driving experience
- Commitment to working safely in accordance with legislation, British Standards, and Codes of Practice
- Willingness to work on a rota basis Monday to Friday
