We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Organisational Development Manager to lead our OD team on a 12-month full-time maternity cover contract. Based in either London or Nottingham, you will spearhead transformative initiatives that shape organisational success and culture.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing the OD team to provide accurate, timely data and customer-centric services supporting business transitions; collaborating on strategic planning aligned with company objectives; overseeing talent management, learning programs, colleague engagement, and change initiatives; implementing leadership development and performance management processes; analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and communicating OD initiatives across the organisation.

Experience
- Extensive leadership and organisational development management experience in a complex, customer-focused environment
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering commercial value
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and conducting data analysis

Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Learning & Organisational Development (CIPD membership desirable)
