Lead your team with the smooth running of day-to-day activities by communicating key information to team members and parents. Lead your team’s performance reviews by giving supportive feedback, setting clear SMART goals, and encouraging them to grow and reach their next steps. Work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) ensuring the safety and welfare of all children is always prioritised and at the heart of everything we do. Lead an ambitious curriculum for your room making sure that everyone is striving for outstanding in their education delivery. Ensure that the key person approach is well embedded in your room and every child also has both a key person and a buddy key person. Experience
Experience in early years education or childcare leadership is desirable to effectively lead and inspire your team.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications and leadership experience are preferred. You will be expected to undergo pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS and barred lists check as part of Kido’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
