About the Role

Havering Adult Social Care is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our newly established virtual OT Hub. The role involves working alongside and supporting various professionals to identify appropriate solutions to enable independent living, providing clinical supervision within the team and to lower grades where appropriate, utilising specialist knowledge for interventions, needs and risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding in line with Havering Safeguarding Adults policy and relevant legislation. You will use a range of skills such as strengths-based and multi-agency interventions to bring about positive change through developing effective relationships and securing the best outcomes for service users and carers.

Experience
Broad knowledge of occupational therapy practice and relevant legislation. Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and providing clinical supervision is desirable.

Qualifications
