We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Discharge Ready Unit at Ealing Hospital. Experience
- Proven experience in a similar setting
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years

Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy degree (BSc) or diploma
- HCPC Registration
