About the Role
UNIQLO, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group and one of the largest apparel retailers globally, is seeking an experienced Online Assistant Merchandising Planner to join the EU Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Online Merchandising Planning and Inventory Control Manager, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the UNIQLO range across Ecommerce and play a key role in optimizing the website to deliver on trading strategy and enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include planning the launch of landing pages, maintaining and optimizing category pages, managing product sorting and content planning, and ensuring the onsite search and navigation reflect the trading strategy. You will collaborate closely with the analytics and website operations teams to improve the customer journey and manage sales planning for selected product divisions. Additionally, you will work alongside the E-Commerce merchandise planner, Head of Online Trading, and Merchandising team to develop seasonal plans for assigned product categories.

Requirements

Experience
3-5 years merchandising experience within fashion retail
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proven business acumen with a track record of driving sales
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent in English

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
