About the Role
As Partner Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our partner network, focusing on winning new business while supporting existing partnerships to thrive. Working across a broad range of sectors and brands, you will identify commercial opportunities, build strong relationships, and help shape partnerships that create value for our members, partners, and Virgin Red.

You will build and grow relationships with new and existing partners, develop commercial proposals and business cases, and use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Data, and Operations will be key to bringing partnerships to life. You will also build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic projects that shape Virgin Red's partnership strategy.

This is a 12-month contract role offering the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a diverse portfolio of Virgin Group and third-party partners.

Experience
Significant experience in partner management, business development, commercial or account management roles. Proven track record in building and managing commercial partnerships and developing new business opportunities. Experience working across multiple projects or business areas in a fast-paced environment. Experience within loyalty or rewards is a bonus but not essential.
