About the Role
SIBIE Ltd is a rapidly expanding healthcare group operating across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. As a preferred partner to leading healthcare organisations, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and services. We are seeking a driven Partnership Executive to grow and manage our network of pharmaceutical industry partners. This role combines relationship management with business development, focusing on nurturing existing partnerships to maximise value while identifying and closing new partnership, client, and lead opportunities. You will be selling our services through a consultative, relationship-first sales approach rather than physical products.

Key responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with existing partners and clinics to ensure satisfaction and retention, identifying and converting new clients and partners within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, developing and executing partnership strategies aligned with company growth targets, representing the company at industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network, collaborating with pharma associations to convey company positions, tracking partnership performance and market opportunities with regular reporting to leadership, working cross-functionally with regulatory, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and delivery, and staying current on pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industry. Proven ability to navigate multi-market, cross-border partnership structures and build trust with stakeholders under different regulatory systems. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including familiarity with regulatory bodies such as MHRA, NHS procurement frameworks, UAE regulatory authorities, and regional distribution models.

About you
Mastery in communication and influencing with a high degree of integrity and diplomacy. Ability to provide clear strategic direction and oversee execution of government affairs activities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand individual needs and motivations and interact effectively with decision makers. Innovative mindset with a strong drive for results. Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors preferred but not explicitly required. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
