OTE of £32,000–£36,000 per year, subject to achieving agreed productivity targets. Additional earnings through paid travel time, overtime and on-call payments.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PAT Testing Engineer to carry out electrical safety testing across commercial properties, including offices, schools and retail environments. This is a mobile, target-driven role involving regular travel between client sites. You will carry out PAT testing safely and accurately using a fully downloadable PAT testing instrument and maintain electronic records. Responsibilities include completing visual inspections, identifying unsafe or defective equipment, carrying out minor repairs such as plug and fuse replacements, achieving daily productivity targets, submitting testing reports and certification promptly, and following all health and safety procedures. Participation in overtime and an on-call rota is required when needed.

Experience
Previous commercial PAT testing experience is essential. Experience using downloadable PAT testing equipment is required.

Good attention to detail and strong customer-service skills. Willingness to travel regularly between client sites and undergo a DBS check. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and participate in overtime and on-call rota when required.
Qualifications
City & Guilds 2377-22/23 qualification. Full UK driving licence is mandatory. ECS or CSCS card is desirable.
