About the Role
The Patient Pathway Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow through healthcare services. You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing referrals, and liaising with clinical teams to support timely delivery of care. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experience and service delivery.

Experience
Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment is important.

Qualifications
