This newly created role, within the Enfield Pension Fund will lead on communications across the administration team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the Pension Fund forward. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic communications professional who share’s our commitment. This role will be responsible for all the Pension Fund’s communications and engagement activities, working within a small and friendly team. It will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Funds communication policy are consistent across the Fund. We are looking to further develop our bespoke digital offer to both members and employers of the Pension Fund moving to a more innovative hybrid approach with the aim of increasing member and employer engagement and understanding. Enfield Council is a modern and rapidly progressing council, and this post is a fantastic opportunity for those who have experience in the communications field to use those skills to help promote the benefits of membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. About you, if you are a strong ‘hands-on’ communications all-rounder and have experience in the Local Government Pension Scheme Fund and have communication and marketing experience, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: - Lead officer on all aspects of the Pensions Fund communications policy and overseeing implementation of all aspects to develop the Pension Fund visibility. - Advise on the development of the Pension Fund brand in visual and creative ways, reflecting the funds ambitions and identifying ways to reach new audiences. - Experience of managing, updating and developing the Pension Fund website and able to develop our digital offering including our member self-service portal - Lead on both face to face and online communications with both our members and employers.
