About the Role
Thanks for stopping by! We’re Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA), the UK’s largest private provider of telehealth services. We work with insurers, healthcare providers, and corporate customers to serve patients with a range of digitally enabled telehealth services on our proprietary platform. DCA is committed to delivering the best possible patient experience and clinical care through digitally enabled, joined up, evidence-based pathways. Our strategic ambition is to be the UK market leader in digitally enabled primary care, helping to meet the health needs of patients and payors in a challenging and fast-changing environment.
At the heart of DCA is its people. With a workforce of circa 650+, they are key to our success and this role is focused on supporting their experience. Working as part of a small People team, you will provide HR advice to leaders and colleagues that is commercially focused, legally compliant, and supports a positive workplace culture. You will coach, support, and guide line managers on People-related matters and lead on lifecycle processes and administration to ensure colleagues have a great experience that meets our high standards.
DCA is committed to optimising the way we work to make it as efficient as possible. We have recently implemented Sage People to reduce administration, and this role will be the Sage system expert, leading all system-wide changes. This is a varied generalist role spanning day-to-day employee relations casework, policy and process ownership, and involvement in wider people and culture projects.
