Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the People Director will create and deliver a People Strategy that supports the organisation’s objectives while fostering a culture people want to be part of. With over 700 employees and growing, you will drive a patient-centred, empowering, accountable, fair, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for creating an environment where people thrive personally and professionally by ensuring they have what they need to achieve their goals and remain aligned with DCA’s vision, mission and values. This role is pivotal during an exciting period of product development and growth, unlocked through a capable and motivated team.
Experience
- Proven senior leadership experience inspiring and leading successful HR teams in a people and service focused organisation.
- Strategic and operational delivery of people agendas including attraction, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management and learning and development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR matters including employment law, legislation, employee relations, reward and benefits.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and business outcomes.
- Skilled in using people analytics to identify trends and drive cultural change.
- Experience utilising technology to improve efficiency and simplicity.
- Experience working within a regulated environment is advantageous.

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience.
