Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Thursday to Monday 10pm - 7am (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

Salary
Basic salary of £40,288 per annum, comprising £27,788 basic salary plus £5,000 South East allowance and £7,500 night allowance per annum. Expected OTE: £49,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
Join Rentokil as a Pest Control Night Technician and make a difference by providing expert pest control services across a dedicated geographical area. You will inspect customer premises for signs of pests, identify potential risks, and swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour. You will offer valuable advice on maintenance and hygiene, complete accurate reports after every visit, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image. No prior experience is required as comprehensive, industry-leading training is provided. Enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person.

About you
Must hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years with no more than six penalty points. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs. Ability to work Monday to Friday dayshift for approximately 12 weeks during training. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
