Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

Salary
Basic salary of £27,788 per annum plus £4,000 per annum London weighting. Expected OTE: £36,000 per annum with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you will cover a dedicated geographical area, providing expert pest control services to customers. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting premises for signs of pests and potential risks, swiftly addressing pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity, offering advice on maintenance and hygiene, completing accurate reports after each visit, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image at all times. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own schedule and solve unique customer problems in person, supported by industry-leading training.

Experience
No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

About you
Flexible with working patterns to support business needs. Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. A professional and customer-focused approach is important. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous but not essential.
