Experience
Experience in facilities management, particularly within a PFI or Hard FM environment, is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements is essential.

You are motivated, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are important in this role.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in facilities management, contract management, or a related discipline are preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to ongoing professional development is expected.
