Our team is dedicated to creating a cheerful atmosphere that supports recovery and personal transformation through a range of therapies including psychodynamic, family, occupational, art, drama, and complementary therapies. You will lead infection control practices in line with national clinical standards and provide health promotion and education programmes in collaboration with the Dietician and ward teams. You will coordinate physical health screening, including access to cervical screening for women, and ensure patients have access to primary care services such as dental and eye checks.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to national and clinical audits to maintain standards, ensuring accurate recording of physical health information in MyPath and other data systems, and managing access to medical equipment required for monitoring physical health needs. Additionally, you will ensure local protocols for the safe use of medical devices are in place, educate staff on these protocols, and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
