About the Role
Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of a world-class physical security framework across Heathrow's corporate estate, including the Compass Centre, Terminal Management Suites, Academy, ID Centre, and other Heathrow-owned properties. This role is critical in protecting people, assets, and operations by aligning people, processes, and infrastructure to create a safe, secure, and fully compliant working environment at one of the world's busiest and most high-profile airports.

Experience
Proven experience in physical security management or advisory roles, ideally within large, complex environments such as airports or corporate estates.

About you
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk management and compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications
Relevant security qualifications or certifications are desirable. A background in security frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance is advantageous.
