About the Role
We are seeking an Outpatients Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) care to join a large multidisciplinary team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This role offers access to a twice-monthly in-service training programme, protected clinical supervision, and a preceptorship programme, making it suitable for new graduates. You will be responsible for negotiating with carers, clients, and others regarding individual case management, recognising potential breakdowns or conflicts and seeking advice to resolve them. Using your clinical knowledge, you will make sound evidence-based decisions and develop clear treatment plans based on best practice and functional goals negotiated with clients. Reflecting on your practice with peers and mentors, you will identify strengths and development needs, evaluate training for implementation into your practice, and adapt care to meet individual patient circumstances. You will also monitor the quality of your own and others' practice through clinical outcome audits and competencies. The role requires safe and competent use of therapy equipment, appliances, and aids, ensuring support staff and students attain competency prior to use. All duties must be undertaken with regard to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

Experience
Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy is desirable but the role is suitable for new graduates.
