About the Role
Join the WPS Team and make a difference in social housing. As a skilled Plasterer within our Responsive Maintenance division, you will deliver high-quality reactive maintenance services to residents. Your responsibilities will include carrying out plastering repairs, skimming, patching, rendering, and renewal works across a variety of properties. You will ensure all plastering work meets high standards of finish and durability, advise your Supervisor when additional specialist trades are required, and work independently or as part of a team. You will also complete daily work sheets detailing tasks, time, and materials used, maintaining productivity and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. This role supports the delivery of essential maintenance services that improve the quality of life in social housing communities.

Experience
Proven experience in domestic plastering within maintenance or repair environments is essential.

About you
Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to work independently or as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or a similar trade qualification is required.
