Hours
This is a 0.6 WTE post with consideration given to a 0.4 WTE role as an Independent Nurse Prescriber or Health and Wellbeing Nurse.

Salary
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum (WTE) including London Weighting

We are seeking a Portfolio Lead Nurse to oversee our nursing teams across West Berkshire and key London boroughs. You will provide visible, effective leadership, working collaboratively to deliver safe, evidence-based and compassionate care. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will work alongside the Medical Lead to develop specialist substance use clinical treatment across Via services.

Experience
Proven leadership experience in nursing, ideally within substance use or related clinical settings. Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with relevant clinical qualifications. Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification or Health and Wellbeing Nurse experience is desirable, especially for consideration of a 0.4 WTE role.
