Description
As Post Sales Executive, you’ll passionate about providing outstanding customer service to all customers and stakeholders by supporting with resales and staircasing initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, government guidance and lease compliance. You'll be experienced in proactively managing relationships with key teams and departments in Peabody as well as the HCA, solicitors, IMAs, surveyors and third parties to ensure all information is provided, and you'll have an understanding of the affordable housing sector, Local Authority and HCA requirements in line with the Capital Funding Guide. You’ll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely. You’ll have demonstrable experience of working within a Resident Sales environment, preferably with experience of the shared ownership leasehold products, and you'll have a full understanding of the property market, sales processes, and legislation, in particular the Consumer Code. You'll also ensure full compliance with the affordability and eligibility criteria, meeting any guidelines from any governing body and regulatory, statutory, and internal requirements to minimise risk to the business and its stakeholders.
