About the Role
As a Post Sales Executive at Peabody, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service by supporting resales, staircasing, buybacks, and London Living Rent initiatives. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, government guidance, and lease requirements. This role involves proactively managing relationships with key internal teams and external stakeholders including the HCA, solicitors, IMAs, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure all necessary information is provided accurately and on time.

You will have a strong understanding of the affordable housing sector, Local Authority and HCA requirements in line with the Capital Funding Guide. Your expertise in the Resident Sales environment, particularly with shared ownership leasehold products, will be essential. You will maintain full compliance with affordability and eligibility criteria, meeting guidelines from governing bodies and regulatory, statutory, and internal requirements to minimise risk to the business and its stakeholders.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with two positions available. The role requires a Basic DBS check.

Requirements

Experience
Demonstrable experience working within a Resident Sales environment, preferably with shared ownership leasehold products. Proven knowledge of property market sales processes and relevant legislation, especially the Consumer Code.

About you
Highly organised, solutions-focused, and motivated to work in a dynamic sales environment. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications
Basic DBS check required. Understanding of affordable housing sector requirements and Capital Funding Guide is essential.
