About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will ensure that individual consultant preferences are supported while adhering to the policies and procedures for private practices at Moorfields Private. You will work independently, generating your own correspondence and supporting the promotion of services offered by Moorfields Private. Collaborating with colleagues across multi-disciplinary teams, you will provide the required level of service to all consultants. You will be responsible for providing appropriate information to patients attending clinic appointments, ensuring they receive correct details regarding payment of fees and medical insurance where applicable. Additionally, you will liaise with outpatient nursing staff when consultants and patients require nursing services. Maintaining an accurate diary for surgical bookings and coordinating with clinical and admissions staff to ensure all bookings are processed correctly will be key responsibilities in this role.

Experience
Proven experience working in a healthcare or private practice management role is essential. Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple priorities effectively.

You are organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with consultants, patients, and multidisciplinary teams. You have strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach. You are confident in managing diaries, bookings, and correspondence independently.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in healthcare administration, management, or a related field are desirable but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of Moorfields Private is important.
