About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Producer to join the Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) production team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of Photography projects, primarily supporting Food, Drink, and Still Life productions. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include pre-production tasks such as interrogating marketing briefs, planning delivery timelines, managing budgets, commissioning shoot teams, and handling sample orders. You will work closely with clients to manage all project communications including briefing meetings, castings, and location and art department elements. You will lead and host all pre-production meetings.

During shoots, you will act as the front line for ITG, managing all production elements on and off set, coordinating daily schedules, liaising with photographers, creatives, and clients, and ensuring every shot is approved as per the agreed brief. You will also manage multiple off-set projects simultaneously.

In postproduction, you will oversee retouching processes to meet the brief, manage creative and client approvals, and collaborate closely with Client Services to achieve the desired final results.

Key responsibilities include project management from concept to completion, client liaison, creative collaboration, vendor and talent coordination, quality assurance, risk management, and budget oversight to ensure efficient use of resources and financial health of projects.

Experience
Proven experience in a production role within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and delivering a wide range of creative projects, especially in food packaging.
Solid experience and technical understanding of briefing and delivering post-production projects.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technology trends, including remote production and digital technologies.
Experience managing relationships with UK external partners and talent.
