Develop and lead A/B tests, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, and target definition
Author clear product requirements (PRDs) and partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality execution
Develop and maintain project plans, lead dependencies, and ensure teams are aligned and execution-ready
Measure performance against targets and provide data-driven recommendations on scaling and optimization
Continuously collect insights through customer feedback, market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform product innovation

Validated experience owning and optimizing performance-based communications (email, push, in-app, or similar), including audience strategy, trigger logic, messaging, and measurement
Deep understanding of UI/UX and key design principles across email, push, in-app notification or similar
Marketplace experience (e.g., Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn) strongly preferred
Confirmed experience partnering closely with Engineering teams (front-end and back-end) using Agile methodologies; strong technical understanding of building products and communications from the ground up
Proven ability to execute with precision and deliver high-quality experiences in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Experience developing and optimizing performance-driven email and notification campaigns within e-commerce environments

About you
Highly driven and proactive with strong collaboration skills
Data-informed decision maker with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
