About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions as a Product Manager on our cloud-based video management platform (VMS) team. You will own the most compelling and fastest growing product area within our video platform, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to solve real security challenges. This hands-on role involves running discovery, defining outcomes, shipping product, and measuring results. You will operate with a start-up mindset inside a large enterprise, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Cloud Video Security. Your responsibilities include owning a product area, running continuous customer discovery, shipping impactful products, measuring success metrics, contributing to AI-native strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying informed on market trends and competitors. This role offers the opportunity to shape intelligent security workflows by integrating AI and analytics capabilities into the video platform.

Experience
- Product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Experience with video surveillance or video analytics strongly preferred
- Proven ability to run customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions
- Comfortable engaging directly with engineering teams, including technical discussions on architecture and trade-offs
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bias toward action and iterative product shipping

About You
- Fascination with AI and ability to rapidly prototype AI-generated solutions
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products, ideally with measurable impact
- Knowledge of the physical security ecosystem including installers, integrators, and end-user workflows across verticals such as retail, education, or healthcare
- Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid products or migration strategies
- Ability to think across multi-sided ecosystems serving partners, installers, integrators, and end-users
- Technical depth with background in computer science, engineering, or similar enabling deep collaboration on system design, APIs, and platform architecture

Qualifications
