About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions, a global leader dedicated to building technologies that help keep people safer everywhere. As a Product Manager on our cloud-based video management platform team, you will own a key product area within our fastest growing video platform. Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Cloud Video Security, you will work closely with engineering, design, and customers to solve real security challenges. This hands-on role involves running discovery, defining outcomes, shipping product, and measuring impact. You will contribute to our AI-native strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Marketing, and other product teams, and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity. This is a unique opportunity to operate with a start-up mindset inside a large enterprise and help transform physical security through innovative technology.

Experience
- Product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Experience with video surveillance or video analytics strongly preferred
- Proven ability to run customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions
- Comfortable engaging directly with engineering teams, including technical discussions on architecture and trade-offs
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bias toward action and iterative product shipping

About you
- Fascination with AI and ability to rapidly prototype AI-generated solutions
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products, ideally with measurable impact on reducing manual effort
- Knowledge of the physical security industry, including installers, integrators, and end-user workflows across verticals such as retail, education, or healthcare
- Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid products or migration strategies
- Ability to think across multi-sided ecosystems serving partners, installers, integrators, and end-users
- Technical depth (CS, engineering, or similar background) enabling deep collaboration on system design, APIs, and platform architecture

Qualifications
No specific formal qualifications required; however, a technical background and relevant product management experience are highly valued.
