About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions as a Senior Product Manager on our cloud-based video management platform team. You will own the most complex or strategically important product area within our video platform, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to solve challenging security problems. Operating with a start-up mindset inside a large enterprise, you will define the vision, set outcomes, run discovery, and drive the roadmap for your product area. You will lead continuous discovery practices, ship impactful products, and play a key role in integrating AI and analytics capabilities into the platform. Additionally, you will build and own metrics frameworks, influence cross-functional teams, mentor junior product managers, and maintain deep market and competitive knowledge. Experience
- Product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Experience with video surveillance, video analytics, or physical security strongly preferred
- Proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product strategy
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture, system design, and trade-offs
- Experience defining product metrics frameworks and using data to drive prioritization
- Proven ability to influence across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers

About you
- Fascination with AI and ability to rapidly prototype AI-generated solutions
- Leadership experience integrating AI or analytics capabilities into products with measurable results
- Working knowledge of the physical security ecosystem including installers, integrators, and end-user workflows
- Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid products or migration strategies
- Ability to navigate multi-sided ecosystems serving partners, installers, integrators, and end-users
- Technical background (CS, engineering, or similar) enabling deep collaboration on system design and APIs
- Experience working in or building empowered, outcome-driven product teams with autonomy and accountability

Qualifications
No specific formal qualifications required; however, a technical background and relevant product management experience are highly valued.
