About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions as a Senior Product Manager on our cloud-based video management platform team. You will own the most complex or strategically important product area within the video platform, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to solve challenging security problems. Operating with a start-up mindset inside a large enterprise, you will report to the Director of Product Management for Video and help shape the broader video product team’s practices and culture. Your responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for your product area, leading continuous customer discovery, shipping impactful products, driving AI-native product strategy, defining and owning metrics, influencing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior PMs, and maintaining deep market understanding. Experience
- Product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Experience with video surveillance, video analytics, or physical security strongly preferred
- Proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product strategy
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture, system design, and trade-offs
- Experience defining product metrics frameworks and using data to drive prioritization
- Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers

About You
- Fascinated by AI and capable of rapidly prototyping AI-generated solutions
- Experienced in AI/ML product leadership with measurable results from AI-driven features
- Knowledgeable about the physical security ecosystem and end-user workflows across verticals such as retail, education, or healthcare
- Experienced with cloud and on-premise hybrid products or migration strategies
- Skilled in managing multi-sided ecosystems with competing stakeholder needs
- Technical background (CS, engineering, or similar) enabling deep collaboration on system design and APIs
- Experienced in empowered product teams with autonomy and accountability
