About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions as a Senior Product Manager on our cloud-based video management platform team. You will own the most complex and strategically important product area within the video platform, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to solve challenging security problems. This role operates with a start-up mindset inside a large enterprise, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Video.

Your responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for your product area, leading continuous customer discovery, shipping impactful products, and driving AI-native product strategy. You will build and own metrics frameworks to measure adoption and business impact, influence cross-functional teams, and raise the bar on product practices and culture. You will also maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and evolving customer needs.

Experience
- Product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Experience with video surveillance, video analytics, or physical security strongly preferred
- Proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product strategy
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and system design
- Experience defining product metrics frameworks and using data to drive decisions
- Ability to influence across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership without formal authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers

About you
- Fascinated by AI and capable of rapidly prototyping AI-generated solutions
- Proven leadership in integrating AI or analytics into products with measurable results
- Working knowledge of the physical security ecosystem and end-user workflows across verticals such as retail, education, or healthcare
- Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid products or migration strategies
- Skilled in managing multi-sided ecosystems with competing stakeholder needs
- Technical background (CS, engineering, or similar) enabling deep collaboration on system design and APIs
- Experience working in or building empowered, outcome-driven product teams

Qualifications
No specific formal qualifications required; however, a technical background and relevant product management experience are essential.
