Your responsibilities will include providing key production assistance and administrative support, coordinating shoots in the UK and occasionally internationally by booking crew, sourcing locations, props and equipment, arranging camera kits, travel and accommodation, managing visas and carnets where required, and preparing and distributing call sheets. You will manage production administration such as raising work orders, processing invoices, and monitoring costs against budgets. Maintaining accurate scheduling and workforce records using Xytech or equivalent tools, supporting autocue and scripting as part of the rota, and assisting with Health & Safety compliance are also key aspects of the role. Additional duties may be assigned by the Production Coordinator and Production Manager.

Premier League Studios is the Premier League’s in-house media operations business responsible for international media content production and distribution. It is an equal opportunities employer committed to an inclusive culture where talent can flourish. The hybrid-working model offers flexibility to work from home on some days, with office attendance and site visits as required.
