About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Productivity Tools Engineer to join the IT Digital Product Team in a permanent, office-based role. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining modern workplace environments that empower our colleagues to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, will be key to driving successful digital transformations across the organisation.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions, optimise collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication, implement and maintain SharePoint sites and OneDrive for Business, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay informed about industry trends to recommend continuous improvements. Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within productivity environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects.
