As a Program Manager focused on Motion, you will be the engine behind the operational setup that enables creativity to thrive. Your responsibilities include ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time, proactively managing capacity and project scopes, and partnering closely with Client Services to align client expectations, timelines, and budgets from brief to delivery.

You will manage a wide range of Motion projects, from single deliverables to complex multi-workstream briefs, maintaining project documentation, timelines, financial reporting, and resourcing plans. You will own resourcing across all Motion projects, matching talent to projects based on skill, availability, and creative fit, and resolving capacity gaps before they become issues.

In partnership with Client Services, you will help unpack briefs to ensure plans are aligned to budget and client needs, while also managing the Motion freelance roster end-to-end, including talent recommendations, bookings, onboarding, and performance tracking.

Collaboration is key: you will work closely with Creative and Strategy teams to preserve creative intent, build strong relationships across the studio, and contribute a Motion perspective to broader planning conversations. You will also maintain and improve resourcing and scheduling tools, identify inefficiencies, and support forward planning and forecasting.

This role reports to the Ops Director and is part of the Program Management department, working alongside PMs supporting other disciplines across the studio.

Experience
Proven experience in program or project management, resourcing, or production within a creative, motion, or CGI environment. Strong understanding of motion and CGI workflows and project scoping. Confident with resourcing and project management tools.

Qualifications
