About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust includes the largest dental school in Europe, a £160 million Cancer Centre, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and one of the largest critical care units in the UK. It is part of King’s Health Partners and has a strong reputation for clinical excellence, teaching, and research.

This role offers the opportunity to join an ambitious Programme Management Office (PMO) within a growing organisation. The PMO supports internal teams to deliver project and procurement activities effectively, providing oversight and governance across the organisation. The Project Manager will actively promote and lead the delivery of core PMO services, working independently and as part of a team.

The role involves leading a portfolio of internal and external projects from initiation to completion, contributing to project planning, start-up, and delivery. You will champion the PMO vision, provide advice on project approaches, and manage the full project lifecycle including budgets. The role requires flexibility to lead multiple projects simultaneously and strong stakeholder management skills.

We welcome candidates with a can-do attitude, an energetic and innovative approach, and the ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines. This is a key role in embedding best practice for project and programme management across the organisation.
