About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the National Theatre's Estates Capital Projects team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, development and delivery of Estates capital, infrastructure and building projects across the National Theatre estate. Projects will vary in size and complexity, typically ranging between £50k and £5m, and you will manage a portfolio of projects at different stages of planning and delivery simultaneously.

You will work closely with the Estates team, internal stakeholders, project teams, contractors, consultants and other external advisors to maximise outcomes and benefits within project constraints including cost, resource and access. A key focus will be delivering projects without adversely impacting day-to-day operations, particularly rehearsals and performances.

Experience
Demonstrable experience delivering a portfolio of capital projects to a high standard, engaging effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, contractors and consultants.

Qualifications
Project management qualification or demonstrable experience using a prescribed governance framework.
