About the Role
The role involves assessment of men prior to sentencing to consider suitability for a Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) and providing short-term psychological interventions for those sentenced to an MHTR. You will liaise with key stakeholders including probation colleagues and court staff, and supervise pre-qualified staff such as trainees and assistant psychologists. The postholder will also be involved in service research, audits, and development initiatives. Experience
Experience in psychological therapy, particularly with CBT and working within criminal justice or forensic settings, is desirable. Experience supervising pre-qualified psychological therapists including assistant psychologists is required.

Qualifications
