Up to £31,000 per annum FTE (based on Level 6 CIAG qualification)
About the Role
Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to students in a school and college setting in Hillingdon. You will support the Careers Lead in meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks, provide one-to-one and group guidance, and maintain CEIAG Google Classrooms with up-to-date Labour Market Information (LMI). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people's career development and pathways within education and employment.
Experience
- Experience working with young people, preferably in education
- Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
- Ability to engage students with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds

Excellent communication and organisational skills with a passion for supporting young people to achieve their career goals.
Qualifications
- Level 6 CIAG qualification required (Level 4 considered but salary will reflect this)
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application (no sponsorship available)
