About the Role

Our Media colleagues specialise in audience measurement, consumer targeting and in-depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media. Their global coverage and local expertise enable clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands to optimise investment.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will work with all business units to support quality management and continuous improvement efforts across the UK. You will ensure operational excellence and process improvement through the implementation, maintenance, and alignment of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to appropriate ISO requirements. You will also be involved in and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) Programme.
Key responsibilities include raising awareness of quality management through information distribution and training, coordinating and supporting a network of Quality Champions, managing the internal audit programme, supporting risk assessments, KPI tracking and reporting, process documentation, and managing action plans from audits and non-conformities. You will provide administrative support for the issue management database, analyse data and build reports on QMS performance, organise annual external assessments, and support teams in preparation for ISO recertification.
Additionally, you will coordinate and support Continuous Improvement Agents on CI projects and assist with CI programme management and reporting.

Experience
- Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation (ISO 9001)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Desirable: Experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 20252 market research standard
- Desirable: Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements
- Desirable: Experience using MS online tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
