About the Role
You and your team, Applied Solutions & Production (ASP), are part of an in-house technical team within Evaluated Pricing Operations (EPO). The team spans the US, Costa Rica, and Poland. As a key member of this small team, you will help shape and build the future of technology for EPO fixed income pricing.

The ASP team designs, develops, and supports various tools used daily by the fixed income evaluations staff of EPO. These tools are fundamental to the production process, and any errors can negatively impact clients if not addressed promptly. Therefore, the tools and software must be scalable and robust, and you must fully understand the workflows to resolve errors in real-time.

The team also supports subject matter experts in research to develop new pricing algorithms and validate pricing accuracy using standard statistical models and cutting-edge AI systems.

Daily tasks include designing and implementing pricing tools, working with primary pricing tools and secondary tools such as data parsers, automated QA reports, and research tools. You will conduct research and development for pricing algorithms alongside asset class experts and participate in model lifecycle maintenance adhering to best practices. Additionally, you will develop junior talent through mentoring, shadowing, and code reviews, and contribute to strategic planning discussions for large projects and vendor partnerships.

Join London Stock Exchange Group and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
