We are seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels of experience who want to join a growing business and play a key role in the commercial management of our projects.
Ideal candidates will have experience working for a specialist subcontractor, preferably within brickwork, façades, scaffolding, or a similar construction trade. Experience with major main contractors or developers is also advantageous.
The role involves managing projects from commencement through to final account, including subcontract commercial management, material procurement, cost management, contract management, valuations, variations, change control, and cost reporting. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met.
For more experienced Quantity Surveyors, the role offers the opportunity to take full commercial responsibility for projects with minimal supervision, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and maintaining control through to final account.
