About the Role
As the RCN Officer (Reps & Activism) you will lead work in the London region to empower our members to get active on workplace issues and support them in their activities. You’ll inspire activism, act as an enabler and recruit, engage and support RCN reps. This is a great opportunity for someone adept at networking and digital communications, as you will build and foster relationships and engagement across our member communities as well as support groups of members with collective workplace issues.

Experience
Experience of developing people and leaders in employment, community, or political settings. Experience working with trade union representatives is essential. Proven ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities effectively.

About you
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills. Innovative thinker with plans for effective communication and talent spotting. Commitment to increasing member presence at the local level, supporting local representatives, and working for justice in healthcare. Adept at networking and digital communications with a proactive and enabling approach.

Qualifications
