About the Role
As Project Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of the Ready Steady Go! programme. Acting as the main point of contact for families, you will manage invitations, session reminders, attendance reporting, and follow-up appointments. You will assist with systems and processes that help the programme run efficiently, while supporting the delivery of nutrition education and physical activity sessions. This role is part of a supportive, family-focused team dedicated to helping children and families in Lambeth lead healthier, more active lives. Requirements

Experience
- Experience of working or volunteering with children, families, or community groups in activity, education, or support settings is desirable.
- Experience of working with community programmes is advantageous.

- Organised, proactive, and committed with a positive, inclusive, and professional approach.
- Confident in using IT systems and managing data accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.

Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in childcare, health, community work, or physical activity is desirable or willingness to work towards one.
