Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
- Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
- Delivering clinical nursing care including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures such as wound care and catheter management
- Continuously striving to ensure clinical excellence within the home
- Developing tailored care plans to deliver excellence across all aspects of care

Experience
- Experience in clinical nursing and leadership within a care setting
- Familiarity with clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
- Skilled in writing comprehensive care plans
