In this role, you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered. You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
Good understanding of care planning processes.

Well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
