About the Role
As a Registry Administrator (Enrolment and Student Records) at the University of Roehampton, you will provide efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support for enrolment and student records activities within the Registry. You will deliver high levels of customer service to students, staff and external stakeholders. The role involves supporting the operational delivery of student registration and enrolment processes, maintaining the accuracy of the student record, and responding to enquiries relating to student records and enrolment. A flexible approach is essential, particularly during peak operational periods.
Main duties include supporting in-person enrolment activities during peak registration periods, maintaining electronic student records related to registration, assessment and awards, filing and archiving paper records, responding to enquiries, supporting the set-up and maintenance of programme, module and student data, producing data integrity reports, checking data accuracy, collaborating with Academic Schools and other departments, providing administrative support to Exams and Assessment functions during peak times, and gathering information to support operational activities and reporting. Additional duties may be assigned by the Deputy Academic Registrar or Registrar as required.
Experience
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within an academic or student records environment, is desirable. Ability to manage data accurately and respond to enquiries effectively is essential.

Qualifications
