4. Oversee and maintain the integrity, security and completeness of paper and electronic student records relating to registration and enrolment.
5. Design and review routine data quality reports, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions within agreed internal controls.
6. Provide authoritative advice and guidance to staff and students on enrolment regulations, processes and data requirements.
7. Ensure appropriate controls and validation checks are in place for data imports, system integrations, module allocations and manual record amendments, collaborating with relevant system owners.
8. Act as the operational lead for module allocation systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with institutional requirements.
9. Coordinate with collaborative partners to ensure timely and accurate transmission of student and programme data in accordance with agreed standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Work closely with Academic Schools / Faculties, Admissions, Curriculum Data Team, and other relevant departments to ensure ongoing accuracy and completeness of the student record.
11. Provide regular assurance and accurate management information to the Academic Registrar and Deputy Academic Registrar to support decision-making and reporting.
12. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of enrolment and student record processes.
