About the Role
Join NEOM Wellbeing's Product Development team as our Regulatory & Product Executive, based in London. You will ensure our Cosmetics product range remains compliant and support Home Fragrance and Electrical products to be market-ready from UK submissions through to US and EU launches. Working with one of the UK's fastest-growing, award-winning wellbeing brands, you will help scale the business responsibly.
Day to day, you will manage regulatory documentation, submit product notifications, and collaborate with manufacturers, retailers, and internal teams across New Product Development, Commercial, and Customer Service. Expect variety, real ownership, and plenty of room to develop as NEOM expands into new markets.

Qualifications
- Desirable but not required:
- A science-related degree (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharma or similar)
- Some exposure to cosmetics regulation (EU/UK/US) or INCI nomenclature
- Prior regulatory or compliance experience in cosmetics, fragrance or a related industry
