About the Role
Are you experienced in occupational pensions or another regulated environment and looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Regulatory Risk Analyst to join our Regulatory Risk Team, supporting two Regulatory Risk Managers. This role involves analysing and advising on regulatory change, managing queries from internal customers, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data provided to regulators. It offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop advisory, relationship management skills, and expertise across multiple regulatory fields.
The Regulatory Risk team provides advisory services and regulatory stakeholder management across occupational pension schemes, authorised master trusts, pensions tax, and FCA regulatory remits. Working closely with operational, proposition development, market engagement teams, and outsourced suppliers, the team ensures activities align with agreed risk appetites and engages openly with regulators to maintain compliance and influence regulatory development.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Risk, this role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual seeking to develop their skills while supporting senior colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Experience
Experience working in occupational pensions or another regulated environment is essential.
Ability to collate, review, and submit information, reports, or returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Experience maintaining records of interactions with regulators.
Ability to produce briefing documents for internal stakeholders.
Ability to identify training needs arising from regulatory or legislative changes and assist with developing and delivering training materials.
