About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will provide client-centred assessment, rehabilitation, and disability management at St Pancras Hospital and throughout the Camden community. This includes working in clients' own homes, therapy gym facilities, and wider community settings. You will support the rehabilitation process by assisting clients to achieve their goals and improve their independence under the guidance of clinical staff.

Experience
Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare support roles is desirable but not essential. A commitment to client-centred care and community-based working is important.

About you
You should be compassionate, motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a variety of settings are essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant healthcare or rehabilitation experience and training will be advantageous.
